" The roundtrip from Bryggja to Flatraket over Selje and Åheim back to Bryggja by bicycle is worth getting exhausted! You will find yourselv close to the fjords and up in the mountains. The roundtrip is about 70 km long and includes three mountains. You will drive through 3 municipalities and 2 states."

Where do you live?

Bryggja in the municipality Vågsøy

What do you do?

Project-leader with Måløy Vekst

How old are you?

29

What do you like most on the FjordCoast?

I like the easy to reach and various nature. You can go skiing in no time, although you live close to the sea.

What not?

I would like to have more snow close to the sea...

Favourite spot: The bicycle-roundtrip Bryggja - Flatrake - Selje - Åheim and back to Bryggja

Municipalities:

Vågsøy, Selje and Vanylven

When was the last time you've been there?

June 2009. We had great weather in the beginning of summer this year. Perfect for cycling!

Are you planning to go there again?

Hopefully next spring.

Why is your hidden place so special?

You can find amazing spots along the trip. The three mountains you have to conquer make the tour diversified. Time flies by, you will manage 70 km without getting very exhausted.

What do you do when you are at your favourite spot?

Mostly pedal, if you don't want to spend the whole day. I'm making one break half way, usually, in Moldefjorden. I treat myself to a big chunk of chocolate there.

What are you planning to bring next time?

Chocolate and a lot of fluids. Bananas are always good on cycling-trips. I like cycling with someone else, hopefully someone a little bit better than me. But not too good, either! I don't want to miss the fun!

About 3 hours.
