The new mainland connection to Bremanger is open for you to experience the beautiful scenery. At Gloføykje, there is evidence of a settlement dating back 7500 years. Those who lived here had Vingen, the largest rock carving site in Northern Europe, as theire cult meeting place. There are a lovely picnic area where you can enjoy the sight of Hornelen, Northern Europe's highest sea cliff.
