Then staying in a lighthouse might be something for you. Kvanhovden Lighthouse lies just outside Florø, approx. 30 mins journey by boat. Right out on the coast, where the sky meets the sea, lies the lighthouse. Words can not describe the view you have from the cliff the lighthouse stands on. In good weather you can sit out on the terrace and enjoy the sunset and tranquillity. But if it storms it's an even bigger experience. You feel very small as the waves break up over the living room window, but at the same time safe in a lighthouse which has withstood storms and wind for more than over 100 years.

The house is simply furnished, with just the most essential, room for 15 people in different rooms.
